IT Manager Jobs - Job Code: CIK-2215  

Experience: 6 to 10 years.


This will be a hands on opportunity for a fun and exciting organization. The successful candidate
will be responsible for the management and planning of all technology needs including AS400, telephone (wired and wireless), PC's, networks, servers, printers, etc. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring that all reasonable security and data safety procedures are developed, implemented and sustained. This position manages three direct reports.

Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related area

6 to 8 years IT management experience including budgeting, personnel management, long range planning and vendor/purchasing management

5 to 6 years experience managing programmers in AS400 / System i development (RPG IV, RPG ILE, DB/2 SQL)
Required Skills:
Experience with packaged ERP applications in a manufacturing environment including integration with in-house applications, customization and upgrades

Telecom management experience including local and long distance service, hardware (PBX) and wireless service

Familiarity with networking technologies including Ethernet, wireless, VPN and Cisco (routers, ASA firewall, NAC)

Familiarity with Microsoft server products including Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Active Directory, and Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to effectively manage and be responsible for IT security, IT assets, IT documentation and IT policies and procedures

Desired Skills (but not required): Experience with Web technologies including Websphere applications server (Linux or System I) and IIS Familiarity with Redhat Linux Experience with Friedman Frontier software. VoIP Virtualization
