Job Description:

Analyze and develop software for embedded systems. Support software life cycle activities: participate in requirements development, develop software design documentation, support code
reviews, write unit test procedures, etc.

Understanding of networking concepts; experience with protocol analysis

Understanding of Linux OS internals, kernel, or device driver development

5 to 8 years experience designing printed circuit cards,interest in "C" and "C++" in programming languages.
Experience with real-time operating systems a plus.
Working knowledge of Ethernet TCP/IP and or EIP used in embedded systems.
Experience with electronic design of microprocessor related circuits for embedded systems, design of high speed analog-digital circuits, and a well rounded understanding and practical experience with design of high-voltage (24VDC to 220 VAC single phase) Input/Output circuits.
Experience with serial communications including but not limited to RS-232, 20mA current loop, RS-422 and RS-485.
Responsibilities are both the design of new printed circuit cards and specifying components for use on these cards for new products and updating and revising legacy circuits and printed circuits for existing scale products.
